How’d We End Up Here?
Our story started off in third grade. YES third grade! Years of friendship and we started a business together. After constantly asking each other for opinions on the social media work we were creating for other companies, we wanted to create social media magic for start ups and small businesses together. Then came the idea of us joining forces. We are now working together to manage business accounts and helping our clients achieve the goals they hope to build for their brands.
Chris Hill, CEO
Chris Hill, 28, is a 2016 graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology. Following his time at Villanova, where he played for the men’s soccer program, Hill spent the early years of his career continuing to play soccer, the game he loved as a child, professionally.
Following his professional career, Hill served as Director of Communications for a nonprofit organization, where he learned the ins and outs of the digital world, social media and website management. After discovering a passion for this line of work, Kaizen Social Media Marketing was brought into fruition with his childhood friend, and COO, Tori Stagg.
Hill still loves playing men’s league soccer with old high school friends, working as a personal trainer, and binge-watching anime shows when he’s got some down time.
Tori Stagg, COO
Tori Stagg, 28, is a 2018 graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in History Secondary Education. After her time at the College of New Jersey, Tori worked with children: from childcare, mentoring, coaching, etc. A year out of college, Tori started creating graphic designs and social media strategies for her family’s business.
While Tori was running her family’s social media outlets, she put her teaching skills to the test and learned new ways to creatively teach a wider audience. As Tori’s social media skills improved, she began consulting for other small businesses’ social media platforms. While she continued to grow each account, she decided she wanted to join forces with her childhood friend, Chris Hill.
Outside of the office, Tori works for a non- profit, which allows her to continue to create and maintain an environment where children can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them and achieving their ultimate goals.
